The following process is what happens in a typical job from Advantage Screens & Blinds
Get In Touch
Contact us via phone, email, or drop into a branch close to you. We will then arrange a time that suits you for a free measure and quote onsite where the products are to be installed.
Our friendly sales consultant will arrive to your home at the arranged time to talk to you about what you are after, what options are available and what might be best for your needs. After a full measure, a quote will be provided to you. This quote is completely obligation free, and we are happy to provide a comparison quote even if you were looking at one of our competitors. Give us a try and you may be pleasantly surprised.
Ready To Order
Once you have decided you are ready to order, simply contact Advantage Screens & Blinds and we will get started on making your products for you. A 50% deposit will be required to be paid at time of ordering.
Off To Work
Now sit back while we get to work for you. You will be given an approximate time to delivery when the job was quoted. Generally this is 3-4 weeks from time of order. If there happens to be any delays, our office will keep you informed.
We Call You
When manufacturing is compete, our customer service department will call you to arrange a time that suits you for installation, and to discuss final payment amounts and methods.
Installation will be conducted by one of our trained fitters. When the products have been installed and check to ensure they are working properly, you will be issued your invoice and the fitter will collect the final payment.
Now that the job is done, you can enjoy the improvements to your home. All our work, including installation, is guaranteed for 2 years. If you have any questions or concerns don’t hesitate to call us. We’re happy to help!
